Home Inventory Photo Remote

The Home Inventory Photo Remote connects to Home Inventory on your Mac over WiFi and lets you wander around your home and add items and photos to your inventory in a more natural way. You no longer have to be in front of your Mac to build out your inventory. With this app you can:

• Add new items, categories, collections, and locations to Home Inventory from your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad.
• Take photos of your items using the built-in camera. You can add a photo to an existing item by simply tapping its name in the item list.
• Use the built-in camera to scan UPC, EAN, and ISBN barcodes and have Home Inventory lookup the item's information online and add it to your inventory.

The Home Inventory Photo Remote runs on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. A WiFi network is required for the Photo Remote to connect to Home Inventory on your Mac. Barcode lookup is only available for products in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, and Japan.

Backup your inventory and take it with you with Home Inventory Mobile Backup. Features include:

• Backup and restore inventory files through iTunes or over your WiFi network.
• View all of the items in your inventory right on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad, including warranty information, notes, photos, and receipts.
• Email item photos and receipts.
• Support for password protected inventory files helps keep your inventory safe from prying eyes.
